Hello and thank you all for this great community.
People say that forums are dead, well... Surely NOT this one.
I'm 28, from Italy, I've been into plants all my life both indoor and outdoor, aquatic and not. My house is a messy pile of plants, soil, pots, tanks and substrate.
I came across my first white phalaenopsis about 3 years ago. After several dead orchid, now I have a small collection of 10 orchids:
Not very impressive I know, but these survivals gave me a bit of experience.
And now, after much research and consideration, I will have very soon also:
- a phalaenopsis stobartiana
- a monnierara millennium magic witchcraft
- a zygonisia murasaki komachi
- a brasiliorchis schunkeana
- a cirrhopetalum 'Elizabeth Ann Buckleberry'
- a paphiopedilum maudiae vinicolor
- a gongora aromatica
Yes, I know, a big step forward.
Anyway, thank you for having me here.
The content is amazing.
Welcome to OrchidBoard Weirdoniopsis! From Sardinia I see. My son in law visited there when he was living in Italy for a semester, studying landscape architecture. I've seen pictures of the castle or fortress, whatever it's called, and the Cagliari Cathedral. You live in a beautiful city.
