looks like a Porpax (very related to Epidendrum as Mr Happy said)

It looks to me more like it is related to Epi difforme, the way the flower emerges from the leaves. I don't think it is E. difforme, which tends to produce a cluster of flowers and location doesn't track. But I suspect it is in the same section.
