It is very likely a hybrid. There are many that look similar, so the the best that you may get is "looks like" - a definitive ID impossible. Just enjoy its beauty.
I don't specifically recognize the flowers, but they do have a general appearance that reminds of Ionopsis (or an Ionopsis hybrid). These are a small growing twig epiphyte type of Oncidium (similar to Tolumnia aka equitant Oncidiums).
Anyway, I'm not saying it is an Ionopsis or Ionopsis hybrid, but foliage pics might help guide the identification process.
Thanks all!
It was given to me as a gift by a florist last year. It grows quite well and is sending out a new spike now. I am used to ID all my orchid collection but it fails me this time.
The foliage may not resemble that of Ionopsis, but the flowers have a strong resemblance. It could possibly be an intergeneric hybrid of Ionopsis, I'm not sure.
Another possibility is that it is an intergeneric hybrid of Rodriguezia.
One of the parents might be Rodriguezia decora.
The other parent might be an Onicidum, I don't know which one.

I haven't a clue as to ID. But lovely flowers and good growing on the plant itself!
I lean more toward a Rodriguezia decora (which I wouldn't know to look at without Philip pointing the way) hybrid cross with Oncidium tribe. The flowers have too much "dancing doll" shape for it not to be, unlike Ionopsis.
