Found growing at about 1800m.

It reminds me of Epidendrum magnoliae. I'm reasonably sure it's an Epidendrum, but less sure about the exact species. I'd say if it's not E. magnoliae, it's probably something closely related. That might be a good enough starting point for you to continue researching.

It looks like E.magnoliaae only reaches down to Mexico so must be something closely related.
