I went to the orchid show in Alejuela Costa Rica (I live in Costa Rica for part of the year) and bought this orchid that I initially thought was a bulbophyllum, but after seeing an entry for Cirrhopetalum I'm not so sure. The flower have very long tails (sepals?) on a long spike.
Looks like Cirrhopetalum to me. Hopefully someone with much more knowledge will come along to tell you for certain. Pretty sure they were considered a bulbo for quite some time.
Cirrhopetalum is now grouped with Bulbophyllum - so both are correct in this case. Cirrhopetalum has been used for those Bulbos where the flowers are grouped in an umbel. This one looks a lot like Bulb. (Cirr.) Elizabeth Ann (longissimum x rothschildianum). Without a tag one cannot be certain (several hybrids look similar) but that is a really popular one.
