Definitely an Oncidium hybrid of some kind, but I think we can narrow it down. It closely resembles a classic old hybrid, Oncidium (formerly Oncidioda) Charlesworthii (1910). I would not say it is that hybrid, but the color and shape both make it likely it is that general type, with some recent ancestry from one of the cool-growing Oncidiums formerly considered in the genus Cochlioda. Care should be typical for a cool to intermediate growing Oncidium hybrid.
