The first photo is some sort of Lepanthes sp. I cannot tell which species because the flowers are not open. It is definitely a Lepanthes due to leaf shape, the way the flowers are arranged on the inflorescence, and the lepanthiform sheaths present on the stem.
The second photo looks as if it could be Pleurothallis cordata, but I'm not sure. Definitely a Pleurothallis though. I can tell by the way the new growth is growing.
