I don't know. In my limited experience Stelis have flowers that open much more widely.

Looks like a species of Stelis that J & L Orchids have sold before. Don't remember the species name, but I've definitely seen it for sale here in the US. I'm pretty solid that it is a species of Stelis.

There are many species that look similar. A photo of the whole plant is not nearly enough detail to determine which one. Even a close-up probably would not be sufficient to determine it down to the species level.

Stelis is definitely a difficult one to nail down to species, but there are a few species within the genus that have very distinct floral morphologies, particularly the globose flowered ones. This particular one is one of those. I know J & L used to sell this species of Stelis, just don't remember the name. Not only does it have the globular flower shape, but it also has the little "kissy lips" the tips of the sepals make.

If it was one of the myriad of star shaped Stelis, I'd not even try to nail down to a species.

This is a wild guess, but I'm thinking it might either be Stelis langlassei or a relation of it.
