I am so sorry about your grandmother's passing.
Many orchids, especially Phals, can have somewhat different color, spotting and veining depending on the temperature when the buds were developing. It is very common for harlequin and striped Phals to have different spotting striping on older versus younger flowers, which may have opened months apart.
There are so many similar hybrids it isn't possible to identify a plant from a photo. Many plants mass-produced for supermarket sales are never given names, just as chickens raised for meat are not named.
Your best chance at finding a name for your plant would be to contact the market where the Phal was bought, and see whether they can put you in touch with their supplier. If you follow the supply chain back to the grower, and provide a similar photo, they may be able to tell you the true name.
