Hi - can anyone please help identify this terrestrial orchid from Tangkoko National Park in northeast Sulawesi (Indonesia)? Apologies for the poor picture! The photo was taken in late September 2017 at an altitude of about 20 meters above sea level.

(Based on the leaf in the corner and the fact that the flowers are appearing without leaves and the flowers are green.)
