I can't see the pseudobulbs, but it looks like Coelogyne to me. Can you post a pic of the whole plant?

Its definitely a Coelogyne. Looks like speciosa. Flower form fits (though they can vary), as do leaves and pseudobulbs. Mines in spike, hope to post pics soon. Here is last years bloom...

THe proper spelling of the genus mentioned earlier is Anguloa, BTW. Just FYI.
