Possibly Epidendrum lacustre or closely related species. I'm not super familiar with this genus, but this is the closest I got from a quick google search.

The segments on my Epi lacustre are wider. (Mine is the purple Panama form, but the green form has the same flower shape, I think) But I'd guess that if not that specific one, it's closely related - very similar plant habit.
