I got these 3 today at the San Francisco Flower Mart, they were deeply discounted since they're 'a bit' distressed'. Can someone help me identify them?

I doubt any are species. As with other genera, there are so many hybrids that look very similar that any ID other than "Miltoniopsis hybrid" is unlikely. But they are all lovely!

Many unnamed seedlings are sold. There is no way you could ever be sure of exactly what they are. But they sure are pretty!
