What is this phals name??

I have searched and searched for the name of this phal to no avail. I had run across it awhile back but neglected to write it down, and ( par for the course) I can't remember where I'd found it!! Can anyone I'd this beauty? She's nearly constantly in bloom...

Do you remember where you bought it (if it was bought)?
Ask them for the supplier contact and ask them.

No. Whenever I buy a new one I immediately repot. If I recall this one was packed in Moss. I repot into chunky bark.

I actually have another phal that is quite similar to this one, but the pedals are a very light shade of creme white, rather than pure white. And although the lips (don't know the correct terminology) are the same deep red/maroon, the color seeps onto the pedals like a blush. And again, bought it quite a while ago from who knows where, and hope to find it's name as well. I have, for some reason just recently became very interested in finding out what exactly I have.
