Hello! New to the board! Can someone pls. ID this Oncidium? Any good tips on care for it as well?

This flower reminds me of Howeara Lava Burst, a very popular intergeneric Oncidium hybrid.

Howeara, abbreviated as Hwra, is an intergeneric hybrid of 3 genera: Leochilus, Oncidium and Rodriguezia (Lchs x Onc x Rdza)

Thank for for all the replies & the warm welcome! The plant sure looks like Lava Burst, except the leaves don't seem as thick. Possibly because it is still young. I will treat as a Lava Burst and treat it well. Thank you again!
