Don't know what it is, but it is very pretty.
Sometimes Phal hybrids are hard to distinguish.
Maybe a Phalaenopsis expert will follow me with more info.
Welcome bye the way, mate!

That is one weird Phal. It looks like maybe it's kind of peloric (all three petals are shaped like the "lip" instead of two regular petals and one lip), but also there's like an extra petal or something. Are all of the flowers like that? I think because of the unusual nature of these flowers, it will be nigh impossible to identify it. It's impossible to identify a hybrid for certain just by looking at it because there are so many hybrids that look very similar, though sometimes people will have suggestions about which hybrid it may be, but the strange flowers would make it even more difficult.

The flowers are too large to be a chompornensis.
My guess is that it's a run of the mill mass produced Phal (that is impossible to name) that has some serious mutations going on. Looks like it has a combination of partial peloria (the 2 lateral petals which look a bit like a lip) and other floral parts that got doubled: the lip and dorsal sepal.
These mutations can be limited to just this flush of blooms (either natural mutations while the spike was growing, or mutations caused by chemicals it was treated with while growing). If it looks like this next time it blooms, then it's more likely to be a permanent mutation.

Thank you all for your responses, yes its a very strange Phal! All the flowers are shaped this same, I had wondered as Camille said if it was a spike issue. I will have to see how it flowers next time. I gathered with the huge number of hybrids out there if it was likely an unnamed one.
Thanks again!

Interesting. I have seen the mini phals from the grocery store do this if I don't give them enough plain chemical free water. Could it be caused by a heavy feeding hot water, cold temp or lack of water?

Thanks PaphioAdict,
I will be watching to see what happens next time it flowers! Both spikes are doing the same thing. Thanks for responding

It's really neat-looking. I kinda hope it's a permanent mutation, that would be a cool thing to have.

No idea about the orchid but the budgie/parakeet is really adorable!
