Help me identify my Phalaenopsis ♡

Hi guys I reported this thing in shag(to replace the sphag it was already in) and it's roots started dying so I decided to put it on a ball of sphag hanging then fungus grew on it. Now it's thriving in a "holey" pot with sphag and charcoal medium and a thin layer of pebbles for propped drainage at the bottom.
