It has lots of L. purpurata in it, don't think straight purpurata but could be wrong. Looks a lot like Lc. Canhamiana (C. mossiae x L. purpurata) - there are a lot of coerulea forms of that hybrid around. On hybrids, usually can't get it definitively... it's a guess, if not this cross than something with similar parents.

I'm going to have to disagree with C. (L.) Canhamiana. This is about as clear an example of C. (L.) lobata as I have ever seen, but possibly a lobata or crispa hybrid.

I'll certainly defer to your knowledge on this one. Mine was a wild guess. If lobata, a pretty coerulea one if the colors of the photo are even close to true (that being a really hard color to photograph)
