is this present on all the flowers or just one? could be a mutation.

I also have a peloric phal with three columns, which appeared on all the flowers. The pollinia can be removed from the central or main column. However, the pollinia on the lateral columns did not develop the same way; it's in the end of the column like the yolk in a hard boiled egg.
