Try looking up the Dendrobium on Jay's Internet Orchid Encyclopedia first.

Internet Orchid Species Photo Encyclopedia

I don't know if I am right, but the flowers in the photo look a little bit wilted. They don't look fresh. Take photos of the flowers when they are still in their prime and take a nice photo with the plant as well and see if anyone recognizes it if you cannot find its identity in Jay's Internet Orchid Encyclopedia.

To be honest, I don't recognize it.

You're looking for a Dendrobium in the Stachyobium section.

A New Undescribed Dendrobium Specie? Male
Default

Hi Newpeasant,

Welcome to the Orchid Board!

The term is species, singular or plural. One orchid species. Two orchid species.

The word specie in English refers to metals used as money.
