Hi,
A while ago I bought this cattleya at a grocery store. It was labeled "fragrant cattleya" and was discounted, because it looked terrible.
It produced 2 new bulbs and bloomed on the 2nd one. Now I'm trying to figure out what it is. It looks like a C. percivaliana, but I've never actually seen one to know if the size is right.

Also, it is not fragrant at all, but if you stick your nose close to the flower it has a really weird spicy/musky scent that reminds me one the Carolina Herrera 212 men fragrance, which I hate hahaha

Here are the pictures. Does it look like a percivaliana to you?

It looks like percivaliana from the pic, and your description of the fragrance corroborates it.

It kinda looks like one, and finding a species at a grocery store can be rare but it can still be a percivaliana. its beautiful
