I have one that looked just like this - but also a noid ... I think I have seen a few looking fairly similar on Big Leaf Orchids - don't know if it's possible to positively i.d. tho

It is a very common overall appearance for a wide variety of compact hybrids sold as mass market plants without ID, making it unlikely to get a name.

How are you sure its a Doritaenopsis? I'm not saying it isn't necessarily (aside from the fact that such hybrids are just called Phalaenopsis now), but it resembles Phal equestris more than any other species, and does not particularly strongly resemble Doritis (Phalaenopsis) pulcherrima.
