The photo doesn't show up here. It looks like you pasted a link to your Google mailbox. I tried left-clicking on the broken link image and copying the URL to clipboard. Then I pasted it into a new browser tab, and got a Google error message:
403. That’s an error.
Your client does not have permission to get URL....
So Google doesn't permit posting photos this way.

Most of the time people need to make 5 posts before they can post photos the usual way. (More about that later.) This seems to have been done to minimize spam. You can reply to other people's messages, and that counts as a post.

At photobucket, when you select and click to open the image there's one option called "Direct lick". Click on it and the URL is automatically copied.
Then, select image. A popup window opens, paste the copied link and then OK.
The photo will be shown in your post.
