I think this is Adenoncos suborbicularis, a Sumatra native. Possibly some other Adenoncos or Microsaccus. A closer picture of the flower would help.

I haven't managed to get its close-up pic. However after comparing the pics, it looks similar to Adenoncos suborbicularis.
So you definitely points us to the right direction
