Begonia elaeagnifolia
Any begonia growers familiar with this one? A recent trip to Al's I was again admiring a cute begonia he has hanging with the orchids, it always has flowers. He has had this a long time and it has grown onto other mounts near it, you cannot see the tag any longer. Al believes it is a elaeagnifolia, and he gave me a cutting. He remembered it was from Africa, it is one of his famous "red tag" plants.
I have it in my little greenhouse with forest moss attached to it to encourage roots ( Al's advice) he said it is an epiphyte and should do well in my terrarium. The leaves are about an inch long with a fuzzy vine. The flowers are pink. Here is a picture of Al's plant.
