Phalaenopsis, most likely one of the complex hybrids (could contain any number of parents).
If there was no name specified on pot, plant or price tag, it most likely doesn't have one.

It is a complex Phalaenopsis hybrid, and a more precise ID will not be possible. There are far too many similar ones. Like most classic pink Phals it probably has Phal schilleriana or maybe Phal sanderiana as a prominent ancestor. Do the leaves show any markings?

It is a lavender-ish, and the sepal is yellow with red spots. You just blew my mind... Not all "mutts" have names???

There are many unnamed hybrids, and many named ones that are grown and distributed without names. They are very common among the plants sold in grocery stores, big box stores, even florists. Named or not, there are hundreds of similar hybrids, and if grown from seed they can be quite variable. Seedlings from different breeding may look very similar, and seedlings from the same pod might look very different.

Well, yeah. Not all Mutts have names. There are thousands. (The following numbers from approx 2000 (16 years ago) are: 25000 naturally occurring species, and 100,000 artificial hybrids. At that time the industry brought in approx 9 billion annually, 250 million from Taiwanese Phals, and there are at least 400,000 hobbyist/ collectors in the USA alone who have collections valued at over $500.00. More in Europe, Asia and excetera. Now, I am sure it is bigger and more). A lot of plants like cimbidiums and terrestrial epidendrums, spathoglottis are just labeled; pink, yellow, etc.

I think many people here are those hobbiest-collectors with the over $500.00 collections. (I certainly am ).

If a named plant loses its name tag, it becomes an unnamed plant, also known as a "no identification" or "NOID" plant.

Sometimes a species is easy to identify. Hybrids are generally not. There are so many different hybrids that look very similar to each other. Flowers can vary quite a bit among siblings from the very same seed pod. Even the very same plant may produce somewhat different flowers when given different growing conditions - different light, temperatures, humidity, amount of watering and fertilization.

I have one like this and I came up with Empada SO Satisfied. There isn't a lot of references to it on the internet, but you can find a picture or two. I got mine at Lowe's.

A mini pink flower with very dark leaves and a scent would make it a Shillariana cross.
