Some what of a newbie, looking for ID.
Hello!
I boughy these two at trader joes about two weeks ago. Both where only buds but bloomed about a week after bringing them home. Finally took them out of their plastic and took a good look at them and watered. Id like to know what type they are so i can repot abd water properly.
Thanks in advance!

The first one looks like an intergeneric hybrid in the Maxillaria tribe. It reminds me of Anguloa, Promenaea and Zygopetalum. I haven't grown these. I would suspect they are cool to intermediate growers.
The second is an intergeneric Oncidium hybrid. The genus Rosioglossum appears to figure prominently. These also tend to be cool to intermediate growers.
Neither will want to get completely dry, and both will appreciate lots of humidity.

Hello. The first one looks like Zygonisia "Snow Bird".

Kseniya and xjasminex, I don't think you can ID any orchid to a specific hybrid based on a photo. For the purposes of cultural information, I think is is sufficient to say "similar to Zygonisia Snow Bird."
I agree with estacion seca that the second one is an Oncidium alliance intergeneric hybrid. It somewhat resembles Colmanara Wildcat, which I have. I grow mine in bark and let it dry a little in between waterings, but try not to let it get too dry. Sort of like a Phalaenopsis, but finer bark. I grow mine intermediate to warm, but it probably would prefer intermediate to cool.

OK, im good with phals, ill just need a finer bark sub. Its planted in a soil like sub, the roots look good but in this climate it will probably not do so well.
Thanks =]

Sorry about that. It just looks exactly like my Zygosinia. I've changed my post. Sorry.
