Help with ID, possibly Oncidium or Colmanara?
Hello! I picked up a few orchids at a great price, on account of the grower losing their ID tags. One of them is now blooming, and I was hoping to get some help with identifying it. Here are some pictures!
I had a Colmanara "Jungle Monarch" that looked similar to this, although it had pointed tips to the petals and more yellow. This one's been a great plant so far, and the flowers have a great fragrance in the daytime. Any help would be much appreciated!

It looks like Oncidum Sharry Baby "Sweet Fragrance", if it smells like chocolate that's what it is. Jim.

Well hey, that's what it looks like to me! The fragrance is more floral than chocolate, it's a very sweet scent. Thank you both for your help!

Looks like Onc. Sharry Baby 'Sweet Fragrance' too me, I have one that blooming right now too. I'll snap a pic if time permits if you would like. It sort of smells like a cross between vanilla and chocolate, kind of pungent.
Be prepared to give it space...

actually i know what that plant is...i have it and it blooms for me a few times a year.
Its Onc. Sharry Baby 'Tricolor'
...and yes it smells like chocolate just like Onc. Sharry Baby 'Sweet Fragrance' , which is much redder and does not have that cream coloration. (I have both Sharry Babys).

Wow Stasisgate, yours blooms multiple times a year? I'd love for mine to do the same, any caregiving tips that you could recommend? It's been in bloom for about a month now with no sign of the flowers withering, but if I want it to bloom again this year, how should I cut the spike once the flowers start dropping off? Thanks!
