Default Coelogyne addition to my collection

I recently received a coelogyne from a co-worker about 2 weeks ago. It's labeled as a coelogyne mossiae "Mr. Baker". When doing my research, it didn't seem to be a mossiae. Then again I'm not fimiliar with this variety. The research I've done said its a cool species that enjoys heavy watering and almost no drying out of the substrate with partial to full shade. Then I've read the complete opposite- warm grower, bright light and let dry out in the winter months. So, I have no idea what to do. I would rather have advice from someone whose delt with this species rather than a random website. Also, I'll post pics to help identify it.

-thank you!!
