Definitely. Take it out of that huge pot or it will probably rot before it roots. Cut off all the dead roots. You might wind up with no roots at all and just stem cuttings.
Put all the pieces into a much smaller pot, no more than 2" in diameter. Set the bottoms of the stems 1/2 to 1 inch deep. Let it get dry between waterings. I mean let all the soil go dry, not just the top half millimeter. Put it someplace with very bright shade or dappled sun. When it starts growing you can water it a little more, but don't let it stay moist all the time.
Next warm season you can move it to a somewhat larger container. Don't overpot Crassulas. And, they like lots of sun once established, as well as cool summer nights. They are susceptible to spider mites and mealybugs.
