Default NOID help for an office rescue

Hi folks,

Any and all help in identifying this poor chap would be much appreciated, as well as pointers on care. It was fated for the bin, having been left to dessicate over a period of weeks/months on an office windowsill, until we rescued it. After a good soaking it's thrown up lots of small green shoots - are these flower stems, keikis/plantlets, leaves? At the moment I'm keeping it very slightly damp and out of direct sunlight; the potting medium is rough soil/fine bark topped with moss.

Thanks so much!
