Default Lost in Space... Hee Hee

Don't know where all of you purchase your chids from but here in Palm Springs Trader Joes sells whatever they get for $12.99 -- usually in good condidtion (especially if I am able to get there the day they receive orchids -- most time A-/A+) The problem is.. You really have no clue what your getting other than "intergeneric orchid" or "dendrobium alliance". All that being said..... The attached pictures are 2 that I picked up today - one, the orange merely says epidendrum generic and the other says "intergeneric" -- NICE... Any clue?? They are both quite cool and in A+ shape as I find 90% of what Trader Joes sells (only like these you have no clue what you bought!!!! -- Thanx in advance to any of you who no more than I

The first looks like a Epi radicans, probably a hybrid of some sort though and then your guess is as good as mine. Radicans comes in various colors but this one is close to the one you have but like I said you probably have a hybrid of some sort though I hear they grow like weeds. Here is a photo of Epi radicans:

The Epidendrum is a radican type, the other looks like a brassia or Brasidium. That's as close as I can get you....

I really love the NOID Dend. Truly stunning.

The second one looks like a Miltassia (Miltonia x Brassia) which have to be the easiest growing orchids. Indirect, bright light, let it dry between waterings but never totally. There are good culture sheets at the AOS website.

Enjoy your new additions. They're lovely.
