Well, I have a cross that I was told was Phal amabilis var. formosa X Vanda J.V.B.

It has now flowered for the first time and well, I cant determine any influence at all from the vanda JVB.

I was hoping that anyone at all familiar with amabilis var. formosa could tell me whether or not what I have is a straight phal species or if there actually is any cross in it whatsoever.

Here it is!

Can't help but a friendly bump and a suggestion to bring the topic up at Big Leaf forum.

Not a hybrid of vanda. Could be a variety of big white phals
