Might be a species, perhaps gaskeliana? Does it bloom once a year, grow new growths in spring and blooms as soon as bulb matures, and root after bloom?

Still a guess, but it has a lot in common with Blc Pastoral Innocence. But without confirmation of the vendor you're never sure....

A hybrid with digbyana involved. Pastoral was my first idea too, but there are many similar crosses. Eventually an old/historic cross.

It blooms once a year (this one bloomed in September of last year), starts growing new growths in late October when the blooms have fallen off. Blooms form when the bulbs are mature.

I was told once that it could have been a relative of 'Queen of Snows'. I sadly can't ask the vendor, unless I happen to find his email somewhere

Digbyana? It's a possibility. I never considered the Digbyana
