Default Phalaenopsis with spike on crown

Hello,I am new to this forum.I am wondering if anyone can tell me what to do with this? It seems very unusual for me to find it on this form.The spike had grown on top
of the crown,now what ? Thanks !

It called a terminal spike,for more information search it up

Yes, it's a "terminal spike" - the plant will no longer be able to grow from the crown, but can still bloom if there are leaf axils that haven't spiked, and the plant will likely start a basal growth. I have a Phal that got a terminal spike a couple of years ago - it's bloomed twice since. Shortly after the terminal spike, it started new growth from just a bit below the original crown, and now that growth has a spike
