Sad to say, I think the reason it's flourished was because it used to live on a high perch in my bathroom, behind a frosted glass window - I would forget to water it for weeks at a time and I think it lived off the steam from the shower! Poor thing probably thought it was living in the jungle somewhere...
Also, bad orchid momma that I am, it's been living in the same sphagnum moss and the same cramped pot that it was originally sold in, and still flowered like this! I'm going to repot it as soon as they fall.
