Help with ID's
I came back from my friend house with a few new orchids. But I ended up with a couple I am not sure what they are.
First is this one I was just thinking was a paph until a few days after I got home and it dawned on me it could be a phrag. How would one tell for sure? It was lip when I brought it home as most of his are not taken care of properly but it got way more rigid when it got water. I am now thinking it is a phrag.
Second is this little thing that looks like an Onc. but very small, it was not in any pot at all. I new he would kill it so I brought it home. I don't even want to tell you how he came to have it Both are doing well so far and have started new growths.
Now for the pics.

Could the onc. even be a maxillaria? Glad you rescued 'em!

Well the only one I have ever seen tenuifolia it is not. I have seen it and this one is way smaller and also doesn't grow like that one to my eye anyway.

Well I have never seen one of those. It's the real dark almost black one? Is it this small?

The first is definitely a Paph, probably a bulldog type, or perhaps a multifloral. The second appears to be Ornithophora (Gomesa, Sigmatostalix) radicans, a small Oncidium relative.

Thanks a bunch. I wasn't sure about the paph so now I know how to better take care of it, and also the Onc relative. That is how I am taking care of it not trying to let it get to dry. I'll go and look those up.

So I did look up Ornithophora radicans and it sure does look like my plant. I am hoping I will get it to bloom for me. I think my biggest problem will be humidity. I want one of those specimen ones.
