Mis-identified Dendrobium
I bought this pretty dendrobium at Trader Joe's today, but it is clearly misidentified (IMO). The tag says "Dendrobium burana emerald jewel". I've been googling dendrobium burana, and none of them look like my baby at all.
Help? What should I call this little lovely?

It is a Den, now I don't know the name, but to me it looks similar to Dendrobium Chan Chao.
Could you post a pic of the whole plant?

Thanks for the pic, nice phap.
Well, we know is a Den.Chan Chao or Den Helix but I can't tell you for sure, and b/c it was missed label is difficult to tell, Does the label have any info of the grower? That would help in getting the right ID from them.
Maybe other members will Have a better idea of its ID.

Thanks for the help! I've seen this type of dendrobium hybrid at Trader Joe's once before, so it can't be too hard to find. Back to the google.

You may want to ask them who their supplier is and that way you can contact them and get the ID. I know that when the Trader Joe's in my area gets some of their orchids from Newman's Nursery Inc.

Good advice!
Anyone else think it looks like a Den. 'Blue Sparkle'?

Maybe, I think Den. 'Blue Sparkle' has a little more white in it.
Any way no matter the mane it is a very nice flower.
I also found this website you may want to check it out.

You're right. It looks like it'll require care similar to the 'antelope' family, which is good. They seem a little easier than some dens.
