Look at Dendrobium lasianthera.
If it's not purebred, I'd say it's definetly in the parentage.

A popular plant at Redland this year- it was also at the Volusia County show- was D. Jairak Spin x. helix. Can't say 100%, but from the photos yours looks just like that. So beautiful!
