Probably an Angraecoid based on what looks like a spur.
Do you have a picture of the whole plant? Leaves and growth habit will help to identify it further.

Angraecum infundibulare is a good candidate.

Take it out of the soil!
These orchids are epiphytes, not terrestrials. Pot it with chunky media or mount it on wood. How to care for it depends on your conditions (humidity, temperature, indoor/outdoor, light).
