Question ID help, please.

Good afternoon everyone

I bought this lovely orchid at the local farmers market today for 15.00. I was told it is fragrant at night and that it will smell like night blooming jasmine. Any help with a ID, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

Bc. Binosa has green sepals and petals with a white spotted lip. So I don't think this is a Binosa. Given the star shaped flower and the shape of the lip, it is probably a close relative, though. So if you are looking for culture information, Bc. Binosa is probably a good place to start.

There has been a lot of breeding in this area of the Cattleya alliance. So it will always be a no Id.

It's a nodosa hybrid for sure, possibly Jairak Kiss although there's too many to ever know for sure... I saw some lovely but unlabeled nodosa hybrids at a flea market by me, the vendor didn't have a clue what they were. (these are definitely not orchid people but just hitting the local wholesale nurseries, ask them a question and you'll get some out there answers if they can answer at all) I was at the same market 2 weeks later and they had the same plants now labeled 'Brassia Nodoso'.
