Default tiny orchid

Please can anyone identify this little orchid that I got, for some reason it has only one flower but I am hopefull that the next bloom will have more

Venturing a guess ... some type of Dendrobium

thank you gnathaniel! it seems it is! I had found it in Syechelles island during my last trip. I need to know the ideal condition it needs to grow, The climate of Uganda is equatorial and I have mounted it on a piece of wood where it has attached it self< however it is still very small.
