Request for orchid identification

Hey Folks!

Three years ago I was given this orchid as a 'rescue'. It was nearly dead. But, I figured it might be pretty if I could revive it. This year, it finally spiked and has now bloomed.

Would you wise folks be able to help my identify this orchid? Many thanks for any wisdoms!

It is a Phalaenopsis hybrid. It is somewhat distinctive, but I doubt you can get a definite ID beyond that. There are too many hybrids that look similar, but they are also variable and don't always look the same. Nice rescue though.
