I just did a quick Google search, and that really does not look like Epidendrum pepperomia. Pepperomia is a small "miniature" that is very similar to E. porpax. Maybe an inch long psuedobulb (and that's probably being generous) with lots of closely spaced, proportionally wide leaves.
Unfortunately, other than that, I can't really tell you much more about its ID, though I agree with campchi. The foliage probably isn't distinctive enough to ID it, but if it flowers, you could get some pretty good educated guesses.
Out of curiousity, what makes you believe it's a species? To my untrained eyes, it looks like a keikei from a reedstem Epidendrum, and if so, the hybrids are significantly more common than the species.
