Please help me ID these 2 orchids. The purple and white are potted together and they have been in bloom for almost 2 months now. The single yellow looks like it may be part of oncidium family and only has one bud....just picked it up yesterday.

Hopefully both pix attached, this is my first with photos....

Help!

# 1 is a psychopsis. ABSOLUTELY!! Lucky you!! That one is freely blooming throughout the year, and takes oncidium care. It is normal for their leaves to feel stiff. They like to dry out a little bit more than most oncidiums, but not too dry. NEVER cut the flower spike of a psychopsis. It can bloom for years from the same flower spike, and produces a new bloom every few weeks.

Here is a video about them:

The second picture is a dendrobium phalaenopsis orchid. That does not mean it has anything to do with regular phalaenopsis orchids, it is simply named that way. ...confusing names!! Look up how to care for dendrobiums for that one. Those are quite pretty and I want one so bad!

Beautiful finds! Where did you get them?

The yellow one is a psychopsis, which is a member of the oncidium family.
The other two are dendrobiums, but I do not know what type they are.

Thank you! Both were purchased from a local grower but I think she got them from Taiwan. Will need to research the psychosis care. Was told they really like our climate and will flourish...but this one only has one bud....Si Yu'os Ma'ase (Thank You) in my native language!
