"Rescued" Orchid, Can you ID it?
I friend found this at an Estate Sale sometime back, and gave it to me to see if I could bring it back. Well after a lot of TLC, it has bloomed, but I am not sure what it is.
Any ideas?

It appears to be a Caulaelia (Dialaelia) hybrid of some kind. Like most hybrids, a precise ID can be difficult, but I'll try to narrow it down this evening when I am home and have better references available if no one has nailed it before then.

It's pretty. I'll just throw this out as I really don't know but kind of looks the color of Apple Blossom.

My first thought was Snowflake, a parent of Appleblossom, but of the two Appleblossom is probably more likely to have this color. Still a couple other possibilities I'll check out.

Identification of NoID hybrids can never be certain, but it is fairly likely this is Jackfowlieara (Iwanagaara) Appleblossom (Caulaelia Snowflake x Rhyncattleanthe Orange Nugget). Frequently seen as Apple Blossom, but the single word form is correct. It has been so widely distributed in so many color forms that is statistically the most likely choice as well as a good match. But there certainly are similar Caulaelia hybrids that could be almost impossible to distinguish.
Nice save. It should be an easy grower now that you've got it settled in.

What's amazing is that it was resurrected - orchids normally insist on dying the most, when you're trying your best to bring them back.
But keep at it, it is a lovely bloom and certainly look happy, going by its growth!
