Paph ID please

ah man dont think you can remember what a plant is when it flowers. I have no clue where this came from and I didnt even know I had it. Now what is it? Its reallly nice

Probably impossible to say for sure, but it's either Paph. Lynleigh Koopowitz or something very similar. A photo of the foliage might help, too.

It is obviously a malipoense hybrid, but which one? It is possible that it is Lynleigh Koopowitz, but I am not entirely convinced (I think that the petals are too short).

Here are photos of LK (malipoense x delenatii) as well as Lynleigh in Pink (Ho Chi Minh x malipoense).

The staminode pretty much rules that cross out, though again, a look at the foliage could be helpful.

I have seen some Fanaticums that look like this NOID, and some that are quite different.

I'd like to see a picture when the flower is fully open, and a full plant shot (for stem length) and clear pic of the leaves would be very helpful too, but...

My first impression is Lynleigh Koopowitz. It is the only malipoense primary hybrid that normally has a staminode like this. I don't see any clear evidence of species other than malipoense and delenatii in this flower, but it could be a more complex hybrid.

I would say Lynleigh Koopowitz.
The staminode is a giveaway.
Or some kind of hybrid with LK, but it definitely has LK in it.

You don't get that color or shape on staminode of NH.

I'd like to see it fully open as well. interesting!
