Nice!

I don't know what the spots are, but the dark area surrounding them could be a concern - it's that area soft? Hopefully someone has an idea. I'd watch it at least, or cut it off ..

The leaf look like it suffered some sort of damage ( with the split and all) but if the areas are hard (almost like scars) and not advancing I wouldn't worry about it. My guess.
