Default What is the name of this orchid

I'm pretty sure its a Dendrobium bit it's so different from the others I have.

It was given to me by a neighbor that didn't know the name either. It grows a spray of small pink flowers with a burgundy throat.

Thanks so much for any help you can give!

It looks like a phal type Dendrobium to me.

Yes
a grocery store (or whatever store) dendrobium, that might have had a name (or not), but is very difficult to trace.

Many of these use trade names, and are not registered.

Very pretty plant.
Enjoy!

Rex

Thanks guys!

The neighbor that gave this to me said that it was gifted to him also. What he gave me was a piece with roots of the original plant. He has it attached to a tree.

I really like it when it blooms it's a spray of many little flowers. But with move to the new house I had placed it in a very sunny spot (unbeknownst to me)
and the first spike burned. Now it has a puny little second spike but I'm sure it will return to it's former glory
