Default Spotless Stanhopea NOID?

My Stanhopea is in bloom again. Never knew its complete species ID, looks like it might be wardii except for one thing - it is almost completely spotless. Pictures I've seen show wardii having distinct spots. Mine has an extremely fine dusting of tiny, barely discernible spots - almost have to use a magnifying glass to see them, and even then they are only on a few isolated places on the flower, definitely not all over. It's basically just yellow and orange. The smell is sweet and pleasant, so it's not graveolens. Any thoughts?
